Payment is due upon receipt. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of ownership of said item. Failure to receive payment includes any declined purchases, or any misinformation. In the event of a failed payment, no item will be shipped.
We offer free shipping to our customers. However, if an item is lost in transit we will refund the full price to the buyer. We, the seller, are not held responsible for damaged items.
Returns and refunds will be handled on a case to case basis. Keep in mind we are a consignment shop, and most items have been preowned. We will need a written complaint sent to email@example.com. We will process the complaint, and respond within 1-2 business days. If the description matches the state of the item the seller will not be held responsible.
An order may only be cancelled before the payment has processed. Once processed the buyer is responsible for payment.
